Chicago engagements are absolutely one of my favorite things. There are so many incredible spots throughout the city, that my creativity was just flowing right out of me all weekend long. This session is one of my favorite engagements in Chicago.

Megan + Ben are getting married in Michigan in the summer and wanted something that didn’t feel like “winter brown in Chicago” so we settled on Lincoln Park Conservatory, which is the smaller conservatory in town. I was skeptical on how we’d make this work because the paths were so tight and my camera started fogging up as soon as we walked in. But WOW. I got some of the best images I think I’ve ever taken and I could not be happier with the way these turned out. After we finished up at the conservatory, we headed over to the cutest coffee shop in downtown Chicago where Meg + Ben enjoyed a coffee.

I cannot wait for their summer wedding this year and I’m even more excited to share more of the creative sessions I got to do while I was in Chicago!
