I don’t get the opportunity to do backyard weddings often, so when Hanna + Michael came to me, I was so freakin excited! Not just because their day was going to be absolutely beautiful, but also because I could FEEL the love during our initial call & I just knew these two were going to be so much fun to work with.

Initially, Hanna + Michael were supposed to get married on August 13, but they had some pretty big emergencies and moved their date up to June 11. WILD!! I have never planned/prepped for a wedding so quickly, but we did the damn thing and got. Shit. Done. And I’m just saying, these two are so blessed to have such an amazing support system around them. Their families were just so overjoyed at being there for them and it was such a beautiful thing to witness. I still cannot believe how freakin amazing everything turned out!!!! It took a village!!

Hanna + Michael got married in a small, country church in Nerstrand and then had their reception at Michael’s family home. It was a perfect setting, the grounds were beautiful, and there was so much love present. AND THE SUNSET!!!! It was cloudy all day, but the sun decided to show itself and it was GLORIOUS.
