Wisconsin weddings are so under-appreciated.
Let me just start by saying that Bobby + Jon are two of the kindest people I’ve ever met. They put so much thought into each part of their wedding day & it was clear from the beginning that they prioritized the time with their families, which we respected so much.
When we got there, everything was ready to go & already set up. Solid, right? I’m a sucker for detail shots, so I was basically in heaven. We actually got there before anyone else did, so we wandered around checking the property, looking for the best lighting, and so on. When we saw Bobby + Jon get out, the first thing we noted was their tuxedos. They were immaculate & so unique; instead of the normal silky stuff you see men wear, they wore a corduroy fabric that resembled linen and we LOVED it.
They had a mixed bridal party full of men and women, and for the girls, they’d had FULL bridal bouquets made. Yes, you heard right. FULL bridal bouquets; 3 of them. They were absolutely beautiful & caught my attention immediately. And the dresses; oh, the dresses. Their colors were everything I dreamed a northern fall wedding would be. My little photographer heart was so happy (still is).
Anyway, I could go on and on about how beautiful everything was and how romantic it was, but I want to acknowledge their bridal party. They were laughing and joking the ENTIRE time and kept me laughing with them. Gosh they were so full of personality and love; I genuinely couldn’t believe how amazing they were. The day wouldn’t have been what it was without those guys & gals. Bobby + Jon are two lucky people to have such a network of love & support; every part of their day was just so fitting to who they were as a couple & I cannot believe I got to be a part of it!
Please take a moment to enjoy some of my favorite moments of their day 🙂
