I don’t want to be cliche, but being a wedding photographer in Minneapolis is a truly an honor. Weddings and engagements go hand in hand and Minneapolis is one of the most versatile cities. If you want urban, skyline views, you’ve got it; but along with that, you can have river views, lakeside shores, and beautiful green forests. It works for everything! All of that being said, St Anthony Main is probably one of my engagement locations.  

Although it’s beautiful, St Anthony Main isn’t really the best spot for the best lighting. We had spotty tree shadows, bright sunlight, and harsh lines everywhere. BUT we made it work 🙂 

Alaina + Edgar (and me + Colton) talked the entire time and it was so much fun just strolling along St Anthony Main in Minneapolis’s downtown district. Can you believe this was their first time ever getting professional photos done?! They were naturals in front of the camera & were simply enjoying being together. That’s what this is all about. And now, they’ve got photos to remember this special time in their lives along with their wedding photos!

We just know that their wedding is going to be beautiful & we are so excited for them!
